This is a blog for new parents and soon-to-be parents (and whoever else interested in childcare and parenting). Having looked online for childcare tips from a Kurdish perspective (taking into account cultural differences/attitudes) I was disappointed to find that there were no blogs or even articles on childcare from a Kurdish perspective because we do have a certain approach towards bringing up our children (right or wrong) and I think that’s worth sharing with the world.

Other than sharing certain Kurdish traditions, I hope to generate a discussion among Kurdish parents about the issues/difficulties a new generation of parents are facing and how to deal with them.
